Peanut Chicken Satay
Chicken skewers are perfect as a side dish to veggie-packed noodles. Marinade the chicken overnight to allow it to tenderize and the flavors to meld. This version available on Drop Recipes gives deliciously tender and nutty chicken. Be sure to pre-soak the skewers in water if you’re not using metal skewers!
