Make Meat-free Monday easy! This movement was started to encourage people to make a small change in their routine by spending just one day a week totally meat-free. In this bi-weekly blog series, we highlight delicious meat-free dishes that are easy to make and easier to eat.

When you find yourself making the same dishes over and over, the right recipe can be all it takes to shake up your routine. In this week’s edition, we have some delicious recipes from a few of our favorite blogs, including an easy spinach curry that kids will love, jackfruit tacos to rival their meaty cousins, and a light n’tasty kombu bowl.
